EASTER SERVICE PATTERN:-
Maundy Thursday:-
All Saints - 6pm -Short Holy Communion with Meditation
 
Good Friday:- All Saints- 3 hours at the Cross - church open for silent prayer from 12 til 2pm, followed by meditation for the Last Hour until 3pm.
 
Holy Saturday:-St Mary's - 6pm -Quiet moments at the tomb - meditation and prayer.
 
EASTER DAY:-
St Mary's- 8.30am - Holy Communion
 
All Saints- 10am - Family Communion with all-age talk.  Easter egg gift for all children.
Events
Church Annual Meetings:
  • St Mary's - Monday, 12th April at 7.30pm in the Village Hall
  • All Saints' - Tuesday, 20th April at 7pm in Church.
 
 
 
Other Notices:
  1. CRAFT FAIR on Saturday, 13th March in the Village Hall from 10am to 4pm.  We expect that our bells will be installed by Easter 2010 and will announce their dedication and commissioning in due course. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE MADE THIS POSSIBLE BY DONATIONS and HARD PHYSICAL GRAFT!
2.    Teddy Bears' Parachute Jump from the church tower 
will take place on Thursday, 8th April from 1.30pm to 3pm - Cost £1 to include refreshments and pictures to colour. ALL BEARS MUST BRING THEIR OWN PARACHUTE and be certified 'fit to fly' by our resident nurse!
